Who are we?

We are a group of real estate investors. We have almost 30 years of business ownership and real estate experience. We look for mutually beneficial relationships and are guided by two scripture passages: Matthew 22:37-40 and Luke 16: 1-13

What do we do?

We actively participate in real estate transactions with a variety of "stakeholders" including property owners, sellers, wholesalers, real estate brokers/agents, lenders, investors, title companies, etc.

Where are we located and where do we participate in real estate transactions?

We are located in Middle Tennessee and the Florida panhandle. When it comes to wholesaling (providing EMD, double closing funds, and lending, etc.) we consider deals nationwide. When it comes to investment real estate, creative financing, buy and holds, fix and flips, real estate development, and cohosting, we focus on Middle Tennessee and the Florida panhandle.

When do we do transactions?

When the rules are followed. We don't take short cuts and we don't take unnecessary risks.
